Medical Director
Dr. Min is an internal medicine physician specializing in preventative care, with a career spanning over two decades. A graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine, he completed his residency at the University of Tennessee and founded his private practice, Madison Adult Medicine, in 1996.
Shatina Kurtz
PA-C
Shantina is a dedicated nurse practitioner with seven years of experience in the medical field. She began her career as a registered nurse specializing in cardiology, where she developed a strong foundation in acute and chronic disease management. Driven by a passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, she transitioned into family medicine to care for patients across all stages of life. Shantina is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients, promoting preventive care, and improving overall health outcomes within her community
